Looking for a unique date night or fun a Thursday evening with friends? Our highly anticipated Planetarium Nights has returned!

Wander into the giant silver ball for your very own evening tour of the known universe in the Uk’s most advanced Planetarium.

Whether you are an amateur astronomer or completely new to stargazing, you'll be able to escape the everyday and leave inspired to discover the night sky for yourself. You can grab yourself a drink from our bar for added motion sensations and enjoy the exhibits in our Space Gallery beforehand. We're kicking off the season with Colossal Cosmos.

Life in the Universe 3D: 

Join us in the search for extra-terrestrial life, as we fly to distant worlds to investigate if they could habit aliens. How the show ends will depend on what you decide!

• Our most advanced 3D planetarium show yet, based on one of the questions we get asked the most… ‘Is there anyone else out there?’
• See the worlds in out Solar system that could host alien organisms, and consider how we might get there.
• Join the planet hunters on their quest to uncover hidden exoplanets and unlock their secrets.
• Find out about the delicate balances that make Earth perfect for humans.
• Ponder on what it would actually be like to come face-to-face with intelligent alien life – how would we react? What would it mean for humanity?
