There are 22 Blue Badge parking spaces underground in Millennium Square car park.
We also have drop off points for coaches and minibuses at ground level. If you’re arriving in a vehicle over 2m high, please contact us in advance.
Welcome Desk
Located in the foyer on the ground floor, staff here are happy to help with any questions. You can stop by here on your way in or at any point during your visit.
We have 10 Sensory Bags available. They will be free to use, first come first serve. Each bag contains noise cancelling headphones, fidget toys, communication aids and are suitable for both children and adults.
Lockers
You'll find them next to the Picnic Area on Level 0. You'll need to insert a £1 coin to use them, which you'll get back when you empty the locker.
Please note that large bags aren't allowed in the venue.
We also continually conduct random bag searches on entry to the venue, to help keep everyone safe.
Toilets and Changing Places
Toilets accessible to wheelchair users are available on every floor. A Changing Places facility is on the ground floor, just inside the entrance to the exhibition space.
The Changing Places facility is available to everyone during our opening hours, regardless of whether or not they’re visiting We The Curious.
You’ll need a Radar DAR key to access the room, but if you don’t have one, just ask our staff at the Welcome Desk who can help you. You'll also need to bring your own sling.
Quiet Room
We have dedicated Quiet Room - a peaceful sanctuary to take a break, calm and relax. There is hardly any sound and low level lighting. Weighted blankets available.
If this is not suitable for your needs or you’d like further support, please talk to a member of staff.
Multi Faith room
A prayer, contemplation and refection space for people of faith and no faith. Please speak to a member of staff if you need a hand locating this.
