Additionally, our Wellbeing Team offers individual check-ins for those who request one-on-one guidance and support.

  • All applications are anonymised before scoring; we want to remove any bias.
  • Supporting you to do well – we provide interview questions in advance; you're welcome to bring notes and a support person to your interview if this helps you.   
  • If you've got any questions about the process or your application, please contact us, we're happy to offer guidance, and if required make adjustments for application and interview stage.
  • Guaranteed interviews – as part of our commitment as a Disability Confident Employer, we offer interviews to anyone who identifies as disabled and reaches the minimum shortlisting criteria for a role. We follow the social model of disability, and you're not expected to provide evidence to qualify.
