Being resilient means we can be here for the future. We see this as something that has many facets, from our finances, to our people, to our admin systems. Building these to be flexible and adapting to change helps us to be agile, ensuring we are responding to the needs of our city.

We’re constantly learning 

Over the past few years, our charity has experienced quite a few challenges – from COVID, to the recent fire closure. We’re committed to learning from these and to always remaining focused on our purpose to deliver our charitable aims, whatever comes our way.

By developing our practice and culture as a welcoming, anti racist, inclusive workplace, where everyone can contribute, thrive and feel they belong, we benefit from diverse perspectives and skills and the wonderful plethora of insight to be found in our communities.
