We’re looking for a reaction. A chemical reaction! Find out how we can use the chemistry of acids and bases to make some yummy, fizzy sherbet.

This activity takes place on a raised kitchen counter. When the venue is busy, you may need to share space and equipment with other visitors. Allergens include milk, eggs and gluten though the activity can be adapted. Please speak to a member of staff about any allergies before taking part.
